About Chandralok CHS .
Established in 1997-98, Chandralok Co-Op Housing Society, registered as No. NBOM/CIDCO/HSG (OH)/590/JTR/97-98, stands as a testament to resilience and community spirit. Built by CIDCO approximately in 1992-93, with allotment given in 1994-95, the society was envisioned to provide affordable and quality housing to its members. However, over the years, the society faced challenges due to structural weaknesses in the construction, which became increasingly evident.
Faced with these challenges, extensive repair work was considered but deemed unfeasible. In light of this reality, Chandralok Co-Op Housing Society embarked on a transformative journey towards redevelopment, recognizing it as the most viable solution to address the structural deficiencies and ensure the long-term viability of our community.
